Ola Skodvin og Aksel Johansen er begge grunnleggere, ledere og hovedinstruktører for Systema Norway
De begynte å trene sammen i 1999, og har undervist sammen siden 2003. De brakte Systema til Norge i 2005 og de er kjent for en dedikert og iherdig undervisningsstil. Deres hovedfokus ligger i å undervise helheten og sammenhengen mellom alt i Systema, samt konstant søke ny kunnskap og teste ut hva som fungerer og hvorfor. Realismen og pressure testing ligger til grunne i alt de foretar seg.
Ola Skodvin and Aksel Johansen are both founders, directors and chief instructors of Systema Norway.
They started to train together in 1999, and have been teaching together since 2003. They brought Systema to Norway in 2005, and are known for their dedicated and committed teaching style. Their main focus is to have a holistic approach to what works and why – keeping realism and pressure testing at their very core.
Ola Skodvin:
- Started training Martial Arts in 1992.
- Certified Full Instructor in Combat Systema.
- Certified Full Instructor in Integrated Fighting Systems Defensive Tactics.
- Certified Full Instructor in John M. Bjørnstad’s Combat.
- Co-founder of Træleborg Taekwondo Klubb.
- Red belt (2nd Gup) in Taekwondo.
- Various experiences from wrestling, Muay Thai, Kali, Ju-Jitsu, Krav Maga and Jeet Kune Do.
Aksel Johansen:
- Started training Martial Arts in 1981.
- Certified Full Instructor in Combat Systema.
- Certified Full Instructor in Integrated Fighting Systems Defensive Tactics.
- Certified Full Instructor in John M. Bjørnstad’s Combat.
- Certified Hand 2 Hand Instructor for the Norwegian Military.
- Various experiences from Taekwondo, Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, Ju-Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, Kali and Krav Maga.
